As an artist, I have always wished for a product to wrap my dreams and thoughts around. Powertex is an amazing medium that allows me user friendly freedom. I use it with paper, wood, clay, fibre and all my mixed media sculptures and projects. In fact, many students have suggested that Powertex brings out and enhances their hidden talents. (Ha Ha) It's amazing what you can create with a little patience and imagination...plus...I have a variety of workshops to assist you...So take a peek at our schedule here.
I like to incorporate clay and paper with Powertex to build dimension or to stretch the creative limits... Sometimes I enjoy a relaxing day playing with washi paper and exploring my passion for the Japanese folk arts, which I studied in Kitakyushu, Japan.
Below are a few examples of my favourite pastimes...some of which were displayed and exhibited in Japanese Folk Art Exhibitions: Washi Doll Creations, Mataro Doll-making, Temari Balls/Palace Balls, Jewelry Assemblance, Pressed Flower Art, Clay and Deco Clay Flower Arrangements.
Since childhood I've dabbled in perfumes and essential oils, incorporating the natural health benefits of holistic living into my daily life. Please check out our exciting "Essential Oils" venue.
